Our Mission

Our mission is to provide exceptional health care for your child from birth to young adulthood.  We believe it is essential to focus on preventative care and health education, and that both parent and child should play a role in this process, especially as your child ages.  We believe this is of such importance that we are certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.  We accomplish this mission through offering:

  • Extended hours on evenings, weekends, and most holidays

  • A unique team-based system to better personalize your care

  • An emphasis on well child care and developmental screening, using the latest evidence-based methods

  • Electronic records which streamline care coordination and communication

  • A patient portal which allows you to receive forms, request refills, and even send secure messages to us right from home

  • On-site services including lead and cholesterol screening, and state-of-the-art vision screening

  • Affiliation with Golisano Children's Hospital, Accountable Health Partners, and their excellent staff of pediatric subspecialty physicians and clinics

  • An on-site satellite office of Golisano Children’s Pediatric Behavioral Health and Wellness Clinic

  • A presence on social media to communicate and educate
