Patient Portal and prescribing down

It appears that Medent (our medical record software) is having some connection issues, we are currently unable to prescribe and our patient portal has gone down. We don’t expect this to be a long outage, thank you for your patience! Please call the pharmacy before going to pick up your prescription to ensure they received it. We will post when all is back up and running!

COVID testing for school

We are now 3-4 weeks into school, and testing for COVID is in full swing! Just a few reminders:

  • Now that the volume of testing is increased, time to receive results has also increased, and is now commonly 3-5 days

  • We check our resulted labs and send them to the patient portal several times a day, please do not call asking for results

  • If you go to an urgent care and are seen and tested there, you must contact them for the results

We have opted to see patients and obtain their testing here rather than refer everyone to the urgent cares. It has filled our schedule to the gills, but we continue to believe that this is the best care for our patients; thank you for your patience!
